The game comes as a ZIP file and is copied into the location you want the game in.  Don’t use the “Program Files” folder on your “C” drive.  This is a special area that requires applications to conform to Microsoft guidelines and is by default write protected.  You should create a new folder for the game and copy it into that folder.  I recommend using something like “C:/Games” or if you have a second drive “D:/Games”.  Game once installed will look have a path that looks like this:

C:/Game/CWE_Battle

Which will be easy to find for emailing saved games.
